Silbato Pro is a free service offering disciplinary statistics, intensity analysis and referee profiles for the Spanish La Liga, available as an Android app and as a web app. It includes a real-time analysis assistant powered by generative artificial intelligence.

3. Intellectual property

The design, source code, logos, texts and other content of the website and the app are owned by Silbato Pro or used under license. Reproduction, distribution or transformation without express authorization is prohibited.

Sports data is provided by API-Football and used in accordance with its terms of service. Names of teams, players and competitions belong to their respective owners and are used for informational purposes only.

4. Limitation of liability

Part of Silbato Pro's content (live narratives, match analysis, previews) is generated automatically by artificial intelligence. Silbato Pro does not guarantee:

  • The accuracy of the generated statistics, predictions or analyses, which are strictly informational and indicative.
  • The suitability of such information for any specific purpose, including financial or betting decisions.
  • Uninterrupted availability of the service, which may be affected by maintenance or external technical issues.

The user is solely responsible for any decisions made based on Silbato Pro data.

5. Terms of use

Access and use of Silbato Pro implies acceptance of these terms. The user agrees to make appropriate use of the service, without using it for unlawful purposes or in any way that may damage, overload or impair the service.

6. Advertising

Silbato Pro is funded through advertising managed by Google AdMob (Android app) and Google AdSense (web). Ads may be personalized based on user consent, as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts of the user's place of residence, in accordance with current regulations.
